Abstract

Epoxidation reaction catalyzed by dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) was realized in a microflow system, resulting in cyclohexene oxide with high yields. In this study, the epoxidation process of cyclohexene in MFS was investigated in detail. The optimal yield was obtained in such conditions: temperature 80°C, residence time 12 min, catalyst concentration 3%, ratio of cyclohexene to UHP 1:8. Basic additions played an important role in the collapse of adducts.
