N2 - The increasingly urgent demand for lightweight and high-performance structures in aerospace and other fields has highlighted the importance of lattice structures in lightweight targets and its broad application prospects. With the rapid development and maturity of powder bed fusion technology, it is possible to prepare complex lattice structures, and it has quickly become a research hotspot. Although the current research on additive manufacturing lattice structures has been relatively rich, the correlation and systematic integration of the results are still insufficient. Moreover, there is a lack of consensus on the optimal design and control methods for these structures, and a comprehensive theoretical framework has yet to be established. Therefore, this paper introduced the basic characteristics and main classification of lattice structures, systematically discusses the effects of design and preparation of additive manufacturing lattice structures on their mechanical properties and major research progress, and also summarized the future research directions and development trends of lattice structures.
