Abstract

The title compound, C₁₆H₁₆N₂O₂, was synthesized by the reaction of ethyl 3-(4-methylphenyl)acrylate and phenylhydrazine. There are intermolecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds and C-H⋯π interactions.
