Abstract
Dicyclohexyldisulfide was prepared by the reaction of chlorocyclohexane with sodium disulfide. The reaction liquor was analyzed by GC-MS to confirm the basic composition of the products. The main and side reactions were analyzed and were recognized to be a series of parallel reactions.
