Abstract
Lens of optical monitor can form high reflection in specific wavelength band by coating film. This article uses PC lens as substrate to coat high reflection film and anti-reflection film by using vacuum coating technique. The effects of anti-reflection film on eliminating secondary reflection of PC lens surface were researched. The results showed that the highest reflectivity at the wavelength of 530 nm was 85.5% if anti-reflection film was only coated on the front surface which decreased to 78.33% when high reflection film and anti-reflection film were coated at the same time. The reflectivity of PC lens was reduced by 6.72%.
