Abstract

Rhodococcus sp. lawq is the high yield strain of desulfurization enzymes which are composed of dszA, dszB and dszC. Of them dszC is the most important enzyme. Effects of biomaterial on the growth of Rhodococcus sp. strain lawq and the activities of desulfurization enzyme were studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source and sulfur source are 2 g/L glycerol, 2 g/L ammonium chloride and 0.2 mmol/L dibenzothiophene respectively. The growth of strain lawq and the activities of desulfurization enzymes are improved weakly by niacin, VBc, VB2, VB1, VB6 and VB12.
