Abstract
Effects of Bi2Ti2O7 and PbTiO3 co-doping on the microstructures, dielectric properties and sintering temperature of Y2O3-2TiO2 based microwave dielectric ceramics were studied. The results showed that a pure and single-phase material could be obtained and the main phase exhibited a pyrochlore structure. Bi3+ and Pb2+ were incorporated into the A site of Y3+ of pyrochlore structure. The sintering temperature was effectively reduced by the Pb/Bi co-doping. As the based ceramics doped with 2% of PbTiO3 and 8% of Bi2Ti2O7, the sintering temperature was reduced to 1 260 °C, and good microwave dielectric properties of εr=64, tan δ=3.6×10-3 and Q×f=2 438 GHz have been obtained.
