Abstract
A study was performed on the electrical conductivity of in-situ TiN/O′-Sialon multiphase nanoceramics. The nanoceramic was synthesized by pressureless sintering of Si3N4, SiO2 and Al2O3. It was found that at low-temperature range, the scatter caused by thermal vibration of TiN lattice was intensified.
