Abstract

V2O3/C composites were synthesized by oxygen corrosive and carbon coating process by the one-pot hydrothermal method. The uniform carbon coating and bridged pores significantly improved its electrochemical performance. It delivers more than two times the capacity of V2O3 and an impressive capacity of 283 mAh g-1 @ 25 A g-1.
