Abstract

The stress state of anchor bolts of separation tower under wind load of operating conditions are simulated and the influence of preload force on anchor bolt stress and downwind deformation of tower body are studied with the simplified finite element model established based on ANSYS14.5 software. The finite element analysis results show that bolt stress increases and downwind deformation of tower reduces with the increase of preload force. The inclination degree might be varied of the separation tower does less effect on anchor bolt stress and larger effect on downwind deformation of tower body. The deviation between the theoretical calculation results and the simulation results could meet requirements for engineering projects.
