Abstract

Molecular sieve carbon (MSC) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by carbonization of poly(furfuryl alcohol) (PFA) particles using silica as a temporary barrier to prevent irreversible aggregation of nanoparticles, and they showed good dispersibility in various organic solvents.
