Abstract

A model of metabolic pathway flux of fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP) accumulation has been proposed in this paper. Using model, the metabolic flux distribution in FDP accumulation process was solved. The influences of NH4+, K+ and Mg2+ on the distribution of metabolic pathway flux of FDP were studied. The results show that these metal ions had affected the metabolic pathway flux of FDP on different degree. The distribution of metabolic pathway flux changed greatly when NH4+, K+ and Mg2+ were added together, and the flux of accumulation of FDP was up to 41.9 from 16.1.
