Abstract
The mathematical model of multi-stream plate-fin heat exchanger (MPFHE) under the condition of flow ununiform distribution was established, and numerical calculation of MPFHE was achieved by the integration of FLUENT and independent programming. For the airborne three-stream plate-fin heat exchanger with cross type, the rationality of numerical method was testified compared with the test data from reference, and the heat transfer performance of MPFHE under the influence of flow maldistribution was analyzed under different specific heat capacity, inlet temperature and flow resistance.
