Abstract
A series of TiO2-ZrO2 supported manganese oxide catalysts were prepared by an incipient wet impregnation method for the low temperature Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) of NO with NH3 as a reductant. The TiO2-ZrO2 mixed oxide support was prepared by coprecipitation. Nitrogen adsorption, XRD and TG-DSC were conducted to probe the microscopic properties of the catalysts. The results showed that MnO2 existed in a well-dispersed state at 5%. Mn on TiO2-ZrO2, but when the Mn loading was 10% and 15%, MnO2 existed in a microcrystalline phase and NO conversion decreased slightly. All catalysts yielded more than 90% NO conversion at 120-240°C and 10000 h-1.
