Abstract

In this paper, Dy 1-xSr xFeO 3(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction and the microwave magnetic performance were also studied. The phase structure, morphology and particle size of Dy 1-xSr xFeO 3 powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The electromagnetic properties were measured by network analyzer, and then the microwave absorption were calculated using YR computer reflection simulating software. The reflection spectra were measured by spectrophotometer (930-1250 nm). The results show that the powders are perovskite structure, and the reflection loss of single-layer coating (the thickness is 2.8 mm) reaches the peak value about -20 dB when x=0.3, and the bandwidth (RL≥-10 dB) reaches 2.9 GHz, and when x=0.3, the reflectivity (950-1200 nm) reaches to 0.05%.
