Abstract

Tyrosine kinase is one of the important signal molecules for most common growth factor receptors. Signal transduction of tumor cells can be destroyed by blocking tyrosine kinase, which is a route for treating tumors. At present, the research in the inhibitors of receptor tyrosine kinase is very active, and many new drugs have been developed. In this article, we reviewed the multi-targeted inhibitors of receptor tyrosine kinase.
