Abstract
The problems of lipase used in current industrial production are briefly analyzed in this paper. The methods to enhance the lipase's activity, stability and selectivity are introduced in detail from the aspects of additives, chemical modification, enzyme immobilization, non-aqueous solvents, and so on. The tendency of the enhancement of catalytic performance of lipase is proposed as well.
