Abstract

This paper introduces an experimental study on the shaking table tests of frame structure braced with viscous dampers. The aim of the test is to validate the decrease of energy dissipation effect of different damper braces collocation. In addition, the test researched use viscous damper braces to reduce the torsion and weak storey of the frame structure. The test has a large number of testing cases. Obtain an all-sided test data. Make a great lot of contrast analysis to these data, provide test gist for the development of structure with energy dissipation system.
