Abstract
The dynamic discharge characteristics of a parallel-plate configured dielectric-barrier-discharge (DBD) in ambient atmosphere were simulated, with an equivalent circuit model, and experimentally studied. The simulated results agree fairly well with the measured data. We suggest that the simulation is of much technological and industrial interest.
