Abstract

A novel 3D coordination compound of K(H₂TDA)(H₂O) (1) (H₃TDA = 1H-1,2,3-triazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid) has been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, ICP and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 displays strong fluorescent emission at room temperature.
