Abstract
T-type molecular sieve membrane is synthesized on four-channel α-Al2O3 hollow fiber support by a secondary growth method. Synthesis temperature, synthesis time, and alkalinity in synthesis solution are systematically optimized.The results show that high performance T-type zeolite membrane can be obtained when n(SiO2):n(Al2O3):n(Na2O):n(K2O):n(H2O)=1:0.05:0.26:0.09:17, and the synthesis has performed at 105℃ for 35 h.Its separation factor can achieve 6 500 when it is used for a 90 wt.% ethanol/water mixing system at 75℃.Water content drops from 70 wt.% to 0.52 wt.% for the dehydration of DMAC/H2O with a pH value of 5.5, and the average COD in the permeate side is only 4 400 mg•L-1.
