Abstract
For the optimizing design problem of matching condition with reactive capability and separation capability for the distillation column coupled with side reactors (SRC), an independent reaction amount in simulating the SRC process was proposed to decouple the reaction kinetics from the mathematic models. A mixed-integer non-linear programming (MINLP) optimization design method of the maximum reaction capability under the minimum product cost condition was discussed, and the simulating system software was programmed using MATLAB. The method was applied to the chloride benzene reactive distillation, the optimum matching condition of distillation and reaction capability was gotten which proves the integrated optimization design method is effective.
