Abstract
The effect of plasmolysing agents or detergents to cell permeability and enzymatic activity and the technological conditions of synthesizing fructose-1,6-diphosphate were studied. It was separated with anion ion exchange resign and crystallized in ethanoladdition system according to the differences of physical-chemical characters of all intraccllular intermediates. The yield and purity of product are 75%∼80% and 99.5%, respectively.
