Abstract

From prehistoric usage to modern high-tech computing, thermal conductive materials have always been of profound importance. In our everyday lives, heat conduction is a common sight; including the heating of a cooking pan, heaters in homes, melting of ice, heat exchangers in industry, and so on. Efficient heat management of a system will result in enhanced reliability, lifetime, reduced cost along with optimum energy savings. This goal can be greatly achieved by developing novel materials based on polymers with desired thermal conductive properties.
