摘要
An iterative learning PI control method was investigated to study multi-batch semi-batch chemical reaction processes. Batch repeatability and time dynamic characteristics were considered under the framework of two-dimensional systems. A PI controller was used as the inner structure and an iterative learning method was used to optimize the reference trajectory. A two-dimensional iterative learning PI controller was designed. The ILC_PI controller was applied to study a semi-batch reaction mechanism model, and factors such as cold fluid flow rate, feed concentration and measurement noise were introduced to test the performance of the close-loop system. The simulation result was compared with the variable parameter PID control method. The results show that the ILC_PI control system can overcome various repeated disturbances, improve system dynamic performance and realize the high-precision control of reaction temperature within a wide range.
