摘要
Abstract: An isolated structure was simplified as a two-mass dynamic model, and effects of its random structural parameters on its displacement response and reliability under stochastic earthquake excitations were investigated. Bouc-Wen model and the stiffness degenerated Bouc-Wen model were used to simulate its isolation layer and superstructure, respectively. Using the probability density evolution method and the reliability theory based on extreme value distribution, the inter-story displacement responses of the isolation layer and superstructure, and the reliability of the whole structure under different site conditions, damping ratios, period ratios and yield force ratios were solved. The design parameters were optimized. The results showed that the probability density evolution method can effectively evaluate the aseismic performance of the isolated structure; appropriately choosing design parameters can make displacement responses of both the isolation layer and the superstructure be the minimum to improve the reliability of the whole structure.
