It tightly integrates the cathode/anode with a quasi-solid leather gel electrolyte, which effectively eliminates mechanical deformation-induced displacement. The battery retains over 97% capacity under 100 bending cycles, perforation, and 6 kg of pressure. It can also power devices under extreme conditions, like waterlogging and fire.",
