摘要

A mild, efficient and practical Co-catalyzed cross coupling reaction of a variety of activated heteroaryl chlorides and bromides with lithium aryl zincates that were in situ generated from lithium aryl boronates with ZnBr₂ was described. The substrate scope was broad and the reaction conditions were mild and tolerant of various base sensitive functional groups such as esters, enolizable ketones and aldehydes.
