N2 - According to the development status of oil chemical industry, the new thinking of research methods for deep processing and utilization of vegetable oil residue was put forward on the basis of analyzing the composition of vegetable oil residue and bitumen. It is possible to obtain some important chemical raw materials and products such as epichlorohydrin, dimer fatty acid, isostearic acid, biodiesel, plant sterol and natural vitamin E, etc. from oil residue by means of author's innovative technical process. The utilization ratio of oil residue could reach 95%.
