摘要
Based on the characteristics of oxygen permeation process through inorganic membranes at high temperature and considering the needs of industrial applications, the inorganic membrane device of oxygen permeation is presented. A new type high-tight experiencing up-and-down variations of temperature is put forward, and then a new device design method of oxygen permeation through inorganic membrane facing procedure is constructed. The guides for industrial application of oxygen permeation process through inorganic membrane are provided.
