Discharge Characteristics of an Array Micro Hollow Surfacedielectric Barrier Discharge

摘要

With the rapid development of atmospheric pressure nonthermal plasma (NTP) technology, it has great application potential in biomedicine, surface treatment, food industry, catalytic regeneration and environmental pollutant treatment. Dielectric barrier discharge is one of the most widely used methods for generating NTP. According to the different reactor structure, its discharge types can be divided into volume discharge and surface discharge. However, volume discharge requires high initial voltage and surface discharge only develops along the dielectric surface limits the treatment capacity.
