摘要
The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of graphite-carbon fiber cement based materials were measured by taking the coaxial planar-network analyzer method in the frequency range of 100 kHz-1.5 GHz. Results show that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of composites is obviously improved when the amount of graphite attain percolation threshold. The effect of shielding effectiveness of colloidal graphite is obvious superior to that of flake graphite. The most adoptable fineness of graphite is 25 μm, the shielding effectiveness further increases when the fineness of graphite is over 25 μm. The addition of carbon fiber can significantly increase electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the materials. The addition of flake graphite and carbon fiber at the same time can further improve the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the cement based materials, and reaches the maximum of shielding effectiveness of 24 dB in the tested frequency range.
