摘要
The dynamics process of multi-component evaporation was analyzed and the evaporation process was carried out in three stages. Using the wind tunnel, the dynamic characteristic of evaporation process for benzene-toluene and benzene-ethanol solution was studied at the condition of different wind speed, evaporation area and liquid level position. The results indicate that the evaporations of benzene-toluene solution and benzene-ethanol solution are all influenced by wind speed, evaporation area and the degree of airflow turbulence, which show that the evaporation process is controlled by boundary layer evaporation. So, the wind speed, evaporation area and ground roughness only need to be taken into account when the evaporation model is developed. On the basis of analysis for relationship between evaporation mass and evaporation time, the power relationship between them is more easily found when the evaporation capability and volume ratio between the two components are closer to each other, wind speed is higher and evaporation area is bigger and the average value of the power is about 0.80.
