摘要

A study has reported the development of a simple and practical method to fabricate conductive carbon nanotube (CNT) films by using graphite oxide nanoplates (GONP) as a carrier. The functional groups favored the full exfoliation of the nanotubes and graphene sheets in the organic solvent by the assistance of strong ultrasonic treatment. Hydrophilic oxygen groups attached to graphene sheets offered the GONPs the ability of layer-by-layer assembly and compatibility with the glass substrate. The thickness of the hybrid films can be controlled flexibly via adjusting volume of the solution, while the hybrid film peeled from the glass substrate showed excellent toughness. The results of the study also showed that the insulating GONP film was successfully transformed to be conductive owing to the incorporation of CNTs. α.
