摘要
Synthesized zeolite T samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and ICP. Influences of hydrothermal synthesis conditions on crystallization of zeolite T were studied. The results indicated that crystallization was strongly affected by silica sources, n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) and n(Na2O + K2O)/n(SiO2). The high crystallinity of zeolite T was obtained with a molar gel composition of n(SiO2):n(Al2O3):n(Na2O + K2O):n(H2O):n(TMAOH) = 1:0.055:0.31:20:0.045, n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) of 16-30 and n(Na2O + K2O)/n(SiO2) of 0.25-0.40 at 100°C for 2 d. Zeolite T containing main offretite could be synthesized with seeds and organic templates, respectively, or at a relatively low alkali concentration.
