摘要
In order to overcome elementary heterogeneous nucleation while octahydro trisodium salt of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate (FDPNa3·8H2O) was crystallized with ethanol precipitation at low temperature, we presented a new crystallization method, alcohol precipitation combined with salt precipitation, i.e. ethanol-acetate sodium system to crystallize trisodium salt of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate based on the analyzing of the mechanism of crystallization of FDPNa3·8H2O in ethanol-low temperature system. It was found that control of crystal size could be achieved by regulating crystal temperature of pH of solution during crystal process, and crystal yield was increased to 95% from 78% by comparison to ethanol-low temperature system.
