摘要
With the rapid development of laser technology, the properties of laser protection materials are required more and more highly. The spectra and crystallization property of BAP glass are investigated by UVPC and DSC. The experimental results indicate that the intensity of characteristic absorption peaks is enhanced, the absorption spectrum is broadened to two sides asymmetrically, and there is approximate linear relation between the optical density and Sm2O3 content at 1075nm wavelength for the addition of Sm2O3, when the content of Sm2O3 is 17.5mol%, the transmission ratio is less than 0.03%; the DSC results provided that with increasing Sm2O3 content, the β value increases firstly and then decreases, as a result, the crystallization tendency is lower firstly and then stronger, while the decrease of BaO/Al2O3 ratio changes the network structure and improved the forming ability of glass.
