摘要

The mechanism of formation of α-hydroxymethylserine in the preparation of DL-serine from glycine-Cu²⁺ and formaldehyde were studied. Conditions for forming serine was determined that n(Cu²⁺) : n(glycine) : n(formaldehyde) = 1:100:800, pH 8.5 - 9.5, 40 min and concentration of DL-serine was 13.67 mg/mL.
