摘要
Mny/Kx/Ce0.5Cu1.0/Y based on hydrogen chloride oxidation catalyst of Ce-Cu-K/Y are prepared by impregnation for combustion of toluene which is contained in hydrogen chloride waste gas and the effect of different content of Mn and K on combustion property of toluene are investigated. And the structural changes in fresh and used catalysts are also studied. The results show that conversion of toluene can be significantly enhanced by Mn-doping and changing potassium content in the catalyst, and the maximum catalytic activity is achieved at x=y=0.6. Two transition state species of potassium element, K2O and KMn8O16, formed in reaction facilitate the electron transfer in oxidation process and have the characteristics of migrating to catalyst surface. The pore structure of Y zeolite is unchanged after the reaction.
