摘要
p-chlorobenzaldehyde was prepared by phase-transfer catalytic hydrolysis of p-chlorobenzal chloride. The appropriate phase transfer catalyst was screened and the effect of amount of catalyst, ratio of water to p-chlorobenzal chloride and temperature on reaction rate were investigated. The optimal condition of hydrolysis reaction was determined and the highest yield of p-chlorobenzaldehyde was 99%. Furthermore, the pseudo-one order apparent kinetic model of phase transfer catalytic hydrolysis of p-chlorobenzaldehyde was established, and the activity energy is 83.59 kJ/mol.
