摘要

Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous SiO₂ membranes are prepared by the codeposition method using SiO₂ colloidal particles as building blocks and polymethyl methacrylate as the templates. The pore size of ordered macroporous SiO₂ membranes can be controlled by changing the volume ratio of templates to SiO₂.
