摘要

The catalysts for catalytic oxydation of hydrogen chloride were studied in a fixed bed reactor. The chromic oxide catalyst was prepared by impregnating γ-Al2O3. The effects of different sources of Cr, loaded weights of active ingredients and accessory ingredient, the calcination temperature, and the specific area on catalyst activity were investigated. The results show that the catalyst has a high catalytic activity and stability for hydrogen chloride. The conversion ratio of HCl of over 90% was obtained. There was no obvious deactivation after 200 hours activity test with the catalyst which the active ingredient is about 20% and the mol ratio of active ingredient to accessory is 1:1.25. The optimal calcination temperature is 500°C. The high specific area is advantageous to catalytic activity.
