摘要
Leakage-prone phase change processes and low thermal conductivity have greatly limited the use of phase change materials (PCMs) in thermal management. This study synthesized Fe-MIL-101-NH2 directly on expanded graphite (EG) as a composite carrier for paraffin (PA), with epoxy resin to enhance structural integrity. At a 0.2 MOF/0.8 EG-PCM ratio, the latent heat reached 112.15 J·g−1, closely aligning with theoretical values. The incorporation of MOFs significantly improved thermal stability. The composite also exhibited excellent shape stability, effectively preventing leakage. By optimizing material structure and composition, the MOF/EG-PCM composite demonstrates high potential for thermal management applications.
