abstract = "Sm(p-FBA) Phen complex have been synthesized by wet chemical method. People study the thermal stability in the application. They were characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The thermal stability of complex was analyzed by TG-DSC. The results shows the Sm(p-FBA) Phen complex is stable below 310°C. The photoluminescence (PL) analyses exhibit that the complex emits the characteristic red fluorescence of Sm (III) ions at 644 nm under ultraviolet light excitation. The highest peak of Sm(p-FBA) Phen fluorescence intensity only declined 41% after heat treatment 280°C. The morphology of the comlplex with diameter of 100 ± 50 nm nm is characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).",
