Abstract

TS-1 molecular sieve was widely applied in the green organic oxidation process with low concentration (30wt%) of H2O2 as oxidant, which was known as the typical environmental friendly catalytic reaction. In this paper, two preparation methods for TS-1 were reviewed in details, namely the typical hydrothermal synthesis and novel gas-solid isomorphous replacement. Meanwhile, the problems about TS-1 application in industrial manufacture were also pointed out. It was concluded that the gas-solid isomorphous replacement is believed to be of more industrial prospect because of its low cost and simple process.
