Abstract
Hydrogen relief heat treatment was researched for hydrogen embrittlement of titanium palladium alloy in order to prolong the service life of Ti-Pd equipment. DSC curves, microstructure, micorhardness and hydrogen contents of titanium palladium alloy were analyzed before and after the heat treatment. Results show that when hydrogen relief temperature is 850℃ and hydrogen relief time 4 h, hydrogen content of Ti-Pd alloy is reduced from 2100 μg/g to 65 μg/g.
