Abstract
Optical model was established based on optical character of trough CPV collector and the effect of focus length, geometrical concentration ratio, opening width and tracking error on optical performance were studied. Finally, the optimization model was established and optimization method was presented to determine optimal collector parameters based on particle swarm optimization and Monte Carlo method. The calculation results show that the offset of light spot has a minimum value as the boundary half angle 45°.
