Abstract

The progress in research on photocatalytic performance of TiO₂ modified by doped transition metal ions was reviewed. The effects of different transition metal ions, concentration of doped ions and preparation methods on photocatalytic performance of the catalysts were discussed. Further research directions in the future were proposed.
