Abstract

This thesis is aimed at the difficult disposal situation of Industrial sludge incineration ash, preparing lightweight aggregate with photovoltaic sludge incineration ash as the main raw material. The lightweight aggregate has the best performance when dosage of clay is 70%, dosage of MgO is 5%, dosage of sludge incineration ash is 25%, preheated at 450℃ for 15 min and sintered at 1 050℃ for 10 min, whose compressive strength of the ceramic is 9.52 MPa, bulk density is 867 kg·m-3, loss on ignition is 0.12%, water absorption per hour is 1.94%.The lightweight aggregate has the characteristic of high-strength and low water absorption and the preparation method is in line with requirements of 'lightweight aggregate and test methods for the second part: lightweight aggregate test' (GB/T 17431.2-2010), which can provide theoretical guidance for resource recovery of photovoltaic sludge incineration ash.
