摘要
A side-reactor column (SRC) configuration process was proposed for the synthesis of tert-butyl acrylate (TBAc) via the additive esterification of acrylic acid (AA) with isobutene (IB), which adopted the integration of high-pressure low-temperature reaction and low-pressure high-temperature distillation due to the physicochemical properties of reactants and product. Taking the annual total cost (TAC) as the objective function, the operating and structural parameters were optimized by the sequential optimization method. It is stipulated that the feed rate of fresh acrylic acid is 10 kmol/h, the conversion rate reaches 99%, and the mass fraction of tert-butyl acrylate is over 98%. The results show that the minimum TAC is 1.439×106 CNY/a when the number of side reactors is 2, the flow rates from distillation columns to R1 and R2 are 10 and 5 kmol/h, the total catalyst amount is 200 kg, the distribution coefficient between R1 and R2 is 0.7/0.3, the total stage number is 28, the rectification stage number is 15, the interval stage number between inlet and outlet of the side reactor is 5, and reflux ratio is 0.64.
